Limitations:

  • According to Michael A. on G2, Onfleet’s route optimization doesn’t adjust for live traffic changes, which means drivers could still hit unexpected delays.
  • Onfleet's pricing is based on the number of tasks, with the “Launch” plan including up to 2,000 tasks per month and the “Scale” plan up to 5,000 tasks per month. Exceeding these limits creates additional costs, so high-volume businesses may want to keep that in mind.
