Even though FarEye scores highly with users on G2 and Capterra, it does have some issues that could present a problem for busy teams on tight delivery schedules. 

1. Tracking can be slow and laggy. 

This is a big problem for last-mile delivery. If your customer has a short time window when they’re available to receive their goods, it can be a major irritation if the tracking is not accurate.

2. It’s prone to technical glitches. 

It’s not just the delays in the sync and the tracking. Some users say that downloading large reports can take more time.

Not only that, but several users report a range of occasional technical issues, including internal server errors on the mobile app, errors with bulk pick-ups and false GPS blackout alerts.

Do All Users Like FarEye? What Drivers Really Think

One G2 reviewer mentions, 'the price is a bit higher compared to other solutions.'
