Frequently asked questions

How do I use a Circuit package tracker?

All you need is your tracking number provided to you in a confirmation email or SMS by yourstore or courier service. Simply enter this number into Circuit package tracker, push 'Track my package, we will then show you the different stages your package has gone through and its current location and if provided by delivery service we can also show the estimated time of arrival.

How long does it usually take to deliver an international package?

This can't depend on the mode of shipping and also on a distance traveled if you order economy level service from country on the other side of the world you can expect your package to take anywhere from two weeks to a month however if you order from the same location but opt for premium service you could receive your package in as little as one or two days.

Delays in shipping may also be a result of delays in processing your order, look out for an update email from your provider on the day your package is actually shipped as opposed to when you transacted your order. if you're unsure of whether your package is shipped or not you should reach out to your provider for more details.

What do I do if I haven't received my package?

You should get in contact with your service provider, with the relevant details of your package/purchase including the tracking number.
