First, let’s start with the basics.

What is CEVA Logistics?

CEVA Logistics is a global leader in the field, from transportation and warehousing to freight forwarding for many industries, including automotive, healthcare, and eCommerce.

CEVA Logistics tracking

After you place an order online, every package associated with the order gets a unique tracking number that CEVA Logistics and partners scan throughout your package’s route to delivery.

CEVA Logistics’ tracking order tool, CEVA Traks, allows you to find your package at every stage of the sending process.

Your CEVA Logistics tracking number is essential to the delivery process. Without it, you can’t track your package.

How to find your CEVA Logistics tracking number

When the seller ships your package, CEVA Logistics offers a tracking number by text or email. To find it, check your messages, or contact the seller for help if you can’t find it.

How to track your CEVA Logistics location

There are a couple of ways to track a CEVA Logistics package.

The easiest is to search at the top of this page or go to Circuit Package Tracker to know where your shipment is, and at what status.

Alternatively, go to the official CEVA Logistics website. On the left-hand side of the website, you will find a tab that says “Track & Trace.”

Use this tab to find a drop-down box with sending options; air, ground, ocean, and brokerage. Choose your sending method and enter your tracking number.

Contact the seller if you don’t have a tracking number and ask them for it.

Lost CEVA Logistics number

You cannot track your CEVA Logistics package if you have lost your tracking or reference number. The easiest way to find it is to ask the seller for help.

How to track a CEVA Logistics package without a tracking number

As we said, asking the seller for your tracking number is the fastest way to find it. However, you can also contact CEVA customer service.

Give the agent as much information as possible, such as name, address, zip code, and so on, so they can properly search your package.

A word to the wise: it's important to note that while CEVA offers logistics services to businesses and consumers worldwide, they may only sometimes handle the customers of eCommerce websites.

It's important to check with your specific online retailer to determine which logistics services they use for their shipments.

Solving CEVA Logistics tracking issues

On occasion, you may have issues tracking your package. For example, you may enter your tracking or reference number but get no results on your package’s status.

There are several possible reasons for this.

Why you can't track your CEVA Logistics package

If you cannot track your package, it may still be at the sending point and hasn’t been registered yet. If you order online, you often get a tracking number immediately.

However, this doesn’t mean your package has been sent out. Instead, it has been registered as an upcoming delivery with the courier.

You can only track your package once a courier has picked it up and scanned it.

3 Reasons why your CEVA Logistics package is not updating or moving

There are a few reasons your package needs to be updated or moved.

First, it may go without saying but always double-check that you've entered the correct tracking number.

Tracking numbers are often long, so it's easy to make mistakes if you're entering them manually.

If you're sure you've entered it correctly, but it's not bringing up any results, then it's likely an issue on the seller's or courier's side.

#1 The merchant still has your package

You will get a tracking or reference number once your package is scanned into the system. So, your package takes a little while for the merchant to prepare.

The reasons below are more likely if you still haven’t gotten a number for longer than 24 hours.

#2 The courier needs to scan the barcode

Mistakes are inevitable. With the high volume of packages couriers deal with daily, the courier may still need to scan your package's barcode.

The system can't update your package’s movement if the courier doesn’t scan the barcode. So, it will stay in the status in the last courier checked it.

#3 The package label is damaged

If the label on your package is partially damaged, the courier can’t scan it. This is similar to the issue above.

Fortunately, the damaged label doesn’t mean your package will get lost. As long as your address is still readable, you can expect your package to arrive within the standard time.

However, if the label has been damaged to the point where your address is no longer legible, your package will stop moving.

The courier will usually keep your package until you start a claims procedure. If you don’t send a claims procedure or this isn’t an option, your package will be returned to the seller.

CEVA Logistics tracking status explained

CEVA Logistics has various tracking statuses, including ‘In transit,’ ‘Shipped, and ‘Out for delivery.’

Learning the most common tracking statuses and their meaning is a good idea, so you’ll always know what’s happening with your package.

When you track your package, you may find a status in transit. In transit means CEVA Logistics has picked up your package and is en route.

Your package will stay in this status until it is delivered to you. If it seems like it’s taking a while, your package may have to travel through several depots before it reaches you.

So, don’t be alarmed if your package status is in transit for several days.

Why your CEVA Logistics package is still in transit

The sending process is detailed and takes time. A package will go through the sorting process, localization, and transportation before reaching you.

How long a CEVA Logistics package can stay in transit

Pending

Pending is a tracking status that sometimes pop up before your package is in transit. It is not a status you want to get.

If your delivery status is pending, the estimated delivery date will change because of a delay.

When your package is pending, the new delivery date will not be reflected, but CEVA Logistics will try to deliver your package as soon as possible.

Why your CEVA Logistics package may be pending

Pending is a rather vague term, and it can indicate several issues with your package's journey. Here are a few common reasons your package may still be pending:

The courier attempted to get your package, but the merchant hadn’t packed and labeled it.

The driver could not find your address because it’s either incorrect or insufficient.

The delivery or redelivery could not be made, so your package is waiting at a local pick-up location.

Your package has been damaged and is not deliverable.

Some of these delays could take a few days to resolve, and others may mean your package won’t be delivered.

So, it’s best to contact CEVA Logistics to find out what’s going on if your package has been pending for more than a couple of days.
