How to find your Bring package tracking number  

There are a few ways to find your Bring package tracking number:

If you're the sender:

  • Check the confirmation email or SMS you got when you booked the order
  • Find your tracking number on the label of your package

If you're the recipient:

There are a few ways to track Bring order without a tracking number:

Please note there are no guarantees that Bring customer service will give you the information you must track your package. 

Suppose you cannot find your tracking number after attempting to track your package. In that case, it is most likely because they have already delivered it or taken it to their own facility. So you won't find out where your item is without a tracking number.

Why you can’t track your Bring package

There are five reasons you may be unable to track your Bring Package.

Typing error

One probability is that you made a mistake when typing your tracking number. Please check to make sure you have the correct number and try again.

Bring registration and operating errors

Another possibility is that Bring may be experiencing technical difficulties. It isn't likely, but it does happen from time to time. In this case, the thing to do is wait a few hours and try again.

Your package is damaged and is undergoing repackaging in a Bring package center

If your package is damaged, it will be sent to a Bring package center for repackaging. You can't track it until after this process gets completed and your package is ready to be sent on its way.

Bring will update the tracking information as soon as your package is repacked and sent on its way.

Lost package

If you think your package is lost, the first thing you should do is contact Bring customer service. They will help you track down your package and figure out what happened to it.

If you are the buyer, report the lost package to the seller, and they will contact Bring on your behalf and open up a case. Keep in mind this rarely happens.

Wrong address

If you think your package got sent to the wrong address, it will get returned to the seller. Bring will update the tracking information to reflect this.

The most common reason your Bring package is still in transit is that it is making its way through the sending process. Depending on the service you choose, bring can take a few days to process and ship your package.

There is no definite time for how long a Bring package will take to arrive. For example, International Freight Forwarding carries part and full loads regardless of weight or size cross-border, seamless transport, with a high service and delivery performance.

Air Freight may travel long distances but gets used in urgent cases where time is of the essence.

Sea Freight is the most economical option, but it can take weeks for your package to arrive.

Intermodal rail and road transport is a combination of rail and truck transport. It gets used when the destination needs service by rail and delivery vehicle.

Standard mail services are the most economical but can take weeks for your package to arrive.

Remember that Bring partners with other services, which means you also need to factor in their delivery times.

For example, Bring may bring your package to USPS or FedEx, depending on your location. But don't worry. You will find updates regarding this. All services work together to make sure your package gets delivered on time.

How late Bring delivers

Bring does not guarantee delivery by a particular time. However, they do not deliver after 8 pm.

If you have a time-sensitive package, choose a service that has a guaranteed delivery time.

International Bring delivery times

What happens if you miss a Bring delivery

If you miss a Bring delivery, the driver will leave a notice on your door with information on how to reschedule or pick up your package.

Bring will return your package to the sender if you don't reschedule or pick up your package within the time frame specified on the notice. In some cases, you may accrue a return fee.

To avoid this, you should be available to accept your package on the first attempt.

If you are unavailable, you can use a sending service that offers delivery to a nearby retail location, such as UPS Access Point or FedEx Office. With these services, you can pick up your package at a time that is convenient for you.

How long will Bring hold a package?

If you are not available to accept your package, Bring will hold your package for up to seven days. After seven days, Bring will return your package to the sender.
