In transit

A package in transit means it is on the way to your destination. If your package has the ‘in transit status, it has been picked up from its collection point and is traveling to the destination location.

How long a YDH package can stay in transit

The length of time your YDH package is in transit depends on the service you chose to send it with.

For example, YDH works together with the biggest postal companies (such as Royal Mail, B Post, Posten, PostNord, USPS, and more) to deliver international mail.

The Global Express delivery time is four to seven working days for the UK, five to eight working days for Germany, Italy, France, and Spain, Seven to ten working days for the United States, and four to six working days for South Korea. 

The China to Japan Express delivery time is two to three working days for both ordinary and electronic goods. 

The Global Fast delivery time is seven working days for the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Polan, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, and Switzerland. The delivery time is ten working days for Sweden and Denmark. 

The delivery time is 12 working days for Ireland, eight to 12 working days for Brazil, eight working days for the Netherlands, five to seven working days for South Korea, six to ten working days for New Zealand, and 15 working days for the United States. 

The China to Canada Express delivery time is seven to 12 working days.  

The Global Economy delivery time is five working days for the US and Canada, seven working days for the United Kingdom and France, seven to ten working days for South Korea, seven to 12 working days for Spain and Switzerland, and ten to 15 working days for Brazil and Chile. 

Pending

If your package is ‘pending,’ there are delays in the delivery process. Sometimes, these delays are due to a fault of the courier, and other times they could be due to delays outside of the courier’s control.

1. A mix to up at one of the distribution centers. If your package was left at a center and not sent out for delivery, the status could change to ‘pending.’

YDH delivers their packages within the timeframe if they collect them before 2 pm on the day before. For example, YDH Express in China can deliver packages the next day if they are ordered before 2 pm.  

International YDH delivery times

The international YDH delivery times depend on the delivery country and the mode of transportation. 

Small packages delivered directly to a consumer usually take less than 48 hours.

Edabao deliveries take between 48 and 72 hours. 

Exporting commercial or B2B express packages throughout Japan or China takes between 24 and 48 hours.
