How long does it usually take to deliver an international package with TForce Logistics?

TForce Logistics delivers internationally only throughout North America. However, they offer same-day and next-day delivery options between the United States and Canada.

So you can send a package in the morning in the United States, and it will arrive at its destination point in Canada the next day.

However, you will need to check your location as the same timeline doesn’t always apply. For instance, Mexico is within the delivery range, but you cannot get next-day delivery there.

How long will TForce Logistics hold a package?

Your package will be returned to the local freight service center if you cannot receive it.

TForce may try and redeliver it to you up to three times. If you miss all of the redelivery attempts, the sender must contact the freight service center to set up an appointment to pick up the package.

How do I sign for a TForce Logistics package?

You will need to show the delivery driver a government-issued ID to collect your TForce Logistics delivery.

Then you will have to sign the delivery receipt and you will be given your package.

Second, fill out the claim form, and send it along with the freight bill number, billing data, shipper and recipient name.

In addition, you will need to state the number of pieces in the shipment and the delivery date, along with a description of the package contents and any supporting documentation.

You will have nine months to claim for lost packages. Your claim will not be honoured after this time.

What happens if I miss my TForce Logistics delivery?

Typically, TForce Logistics will attempt delivery three times.

However, if you know you’re going to be away at the time of delivery, you should ask a trusted neighbor or friend to collect the package for you.

In this case, you must use the TForce Logistics website to update the instructions for your delivery driver.

Unless you’re using expedited service, your package will not have a specific time to be delivered, but it will be with you by the end of a working day.
