In most cases, packages are scanned in with a standard turnaround time of 24 hours or less after drop-off. Customized service offerings that include expedited service options may be available upon request. Axlehire offers flexible delivery options that are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers may take advantage of same-day and next-day delivery options. Customers placing orders before 12:00 pm (noon) EST will receive their shipment by 4:00 pm (EST) the following day, while shipments placed after 12:00 pm (noon) EST can be expected to arrive the following business day.

Standard delivery times are not guaranteed, but the average transit time for an international shipment with Axlehire is about four business days.

If you miss your scheduled pick-up, the package will be available for pick up on the next scheduled delivery date. If the carrier does not receive a signature at delivery, they are required to leave notification of attempted delivery and will try again on the next scheduled pick-up date. If there is no response after two attempts, the carrier will return the item back to its origin point for proper storage until it can be delivered again or returned to the sender. The carrier has attempted delivery at least two times, and there is no response. Your package is now available for pick up at the carrier's facility. You can log into your Axlehire account to track the location of this package on the Tracking page.
Axlehire offers standard, expedited, and custom delivery services. For most packages, you can expect standard ground service in 2-5 business days. Expedited services will ship on the same day if ordered by 1 pm EST or the next business day if orders are placed after 1 pm EST.

Axlehire will track and notify you of any delays on your shipment via email or text message after the pick-up date has been scheduled. Your package may be at a critical point of transit, awaiting customs clearance, or held by the carrier for additional information. Axlehire uses ground carriers such as FedEx and UPS to deliver packages. It may take up to 72 hours for delivery after the pick-up date has been scheduled. If 72 hours have passed since your package's expected delivery date and it still hasn't moved, there may be an issue with the tracking information available in your account, please reach out to the Customer Experience team at email@example.com.
Pending status may indicate that the carrier has tried to deliver your package, but there was no one available to sign for it. If you tracked your package and received a pick-up date, please wait until that date to contact the carrier.
You can always check on the Tracking page of your account to see if there are any updates about your package; however, these updates may be delayed or not yet available due to transit time or distance traveled during shipping. You will receive an email with any update about the current location of your shipment after three unsuccessful delivery attempts have been documented by the carrier.
