About 2GO tracking

2Go offers tracking services for packages from any location, including local and international destinations. The delivery company has customers with an easy-to-use website where they can track their packages in real-time.

The 2GO Express team coordinates a nationwide system of more than 3,000 drop-off and pick-up points. In addition, a fleet of ten sends servicing 14 major ports in the country, 700 ambient trucks, and 1,000 motor couriers aid in this endeavor.

how to find your 2GO tracking number

When you get your 2GO package, your tracking number will be on the outside of your package.

This is called a 2GO tracking number, which tracks every 2GO package. Typically, it consists of a string of nine characters: two alphabets, seven digits, and an alphabet at the end.

How to track your 2GO package location

You can use your 2GO tracking number online. This will tell you where your package is in the delivery process and allow you to follow its progress.

Lost 2GO tracking number

If you have misplaced your 2GO tracking number, do not worry! You can find it by logging into your 2GO account.

  1. Go to the 2GO website and use "My Account."
  2. Click on "View Orders" at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. You will find your past orders along with their status and tracking information. If you need more information about an order, use it and then select "View Order Status" from the dropdown menu that appears below it to find more details about that specific order, including its current status.

Your tracking number appears on your confirmation email from when you ordered.

However, if you also do not have your email confirmation, you can contact 2GO customer support or the store where you placed the order and ask them for the status. They will find it for you and offer an estimated arrival date.

How to track a 2GO package without a tracking number

If you have a tracking number, you can use it to track your package on the 2GO official website. You can find your tracking number in one of several places:

  • On the label affixed to your package itself
  • In an email confirmation when you placed your order.
  • On your invoice, bill, or delivery slip (if applicable)
  • On the packing list (if applicable)

Without your tracking number, it is nearly impossible to find your package.

The sender and the recipient of a 2GO transaction should be given a tracking number. If your package gets delivered to 2GO, the sender will get a discount coupon, and the recipient will get a tracking number. The same holds for purchases made at online stores.

If you haven't got a tracking number yet, it's best to contact the store where you ordered or 2GO customer support.

Solving 2GO tracking issues

If you're experiencing issues with 2GO tracking, there are a few things you can try to get it working again.

First, make sure your 2GO app is up to date. Simply navigate to the Settings menu, and you'll find the option. Select "Update" from that menu, then sit tight while the update downloads.

Second, check if your internet connection is working correctly. If it isn't, try restarting your WiFi or mobile data connection and give it some time to connect.

Also, the 2GO tracking system could be experiencing issues. Either the 2GO tracking page is not working, or the 2GO website is offline.

A few options exist if this is the case. Wait until later today or tomorrow and give it another shot. If you need more tracking information, you can always contact customer support.

Why can't you track your 2GO package?

Please note that the system has not registered to track. Several factors related to send could be to blame for this.

First, it may be too early to track your package. The system doesn't start tracking packages until they prepare for order, so there is a chance that your package hasn't been scanned yet.

Second, there could have been a user error on your part when entering your tracking number. Please double-check it and try again.

Why your 2GO package is not updating or moving

There are several explanations for why your 2GO package is not updating or moving:

  • Delivery issues: for some reason, the courier could not deliver your package. This can include warehouse issues and other complications that make it challenging for the courier to deliver your package.
  • Weather delays: inclement weather on the route can cause a delay in package delivery. Some couriers will wait out inclement weather and resume deliveries once conditions improve. Other couriers simply cancel deliveries in areas with severe weather. Check with your courier about their policies if you live in an area prone to extreme weather.
  • Not scanned in error: this is a rare occurrence, but it occasionally happens. If an error occurred while checking your package at the sorting facility, it might not get sent along with the other packages on its route. This outcome does not indicate that your package has been lost or damaged; it simply means that it is currently en route to a different location.

2GO tracking status explained

The sending status is an essential part of a 2GO tracking page. Using this, you can track your order in real time, find out how long it will take to get there, and other delivery options available to you.

In transit

Your package is currently in transit from our warehouse to your destination address. This delivery process can take anywhere from a couple of days to one week, depending on which courier service you choose when ordering your products.

Why your 2GO package is still in transit?

2GO has a vast network of delivery partners. It uses different delivery partners depending on the destination and size of your package. If you want to know why your 2GO package has not yet arrived at its destination, here are some possible reasons:

  • Your 2GO package is in transit between countries or cities.
  • Your 2GO package may be going through customs clearance. Sometimes this takes longer than anticipated, so we encourage you to wait until it reaches its final destination before contacting us again for further help

how long can a 2GO package stay in transit?

2GO packages can take up to 10 business days to reach their destination. Once you have placed your order, the courier will do an initial check of your package and make sure it gets adequately sealed. Then they will send it on its way to the first available warehouse in their network, where it gets inspected once again. From there, it will get sent out for delivery.

Pending

Pending means your package has been sent out but is still in transit. 2Go will not update your status until your package arrives at its destination. You can find the sending information for your package on the 2GO website.

why your 2GO package may be pending

When a package is pending, your  order has been dispatched from the warehouse and is in transit at any of these locations:

  • At the local delivery center, being prepared for delivery to you.
  • In transit en route to your site or another facility, for instance, if an international carrier is transporting it.
  • Your package has been collected by a carrier but has not yet been delivered.

How Do I Know if My 2GO Package Is Stuck in Customs?

If you're wondering how to find out if your 2GO package is stuck in customs, there are several ways.

First, check the 2GO delivery times and make sure that they're still within the window of time you were given.

If they are, it's likely that your package was not held up at customs and has already been delivered.

Second, suppose the tracking information for your package says it hasn't arrived yet and is still in transit from a location outside the Philippines.

In that case, this may mean that it's been delayed by local authorities due to security concerns or other factors out of 2Go's control. If necessary, you can check with them directly about any delays on their website or Facebook page.

If your package is stuck in customs, it usually means that the sending company has not completed the paperwork correctly for importing your package.

Some sending companies will need you to fill out a declaration form. Other times, your package may need to be opened for inspection by customs officials and resealed before being delivered.
